Cancellation/Refund Policy

Introduction

"Guthalee " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased Food Items from Guthalee and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Order Cancellation by User:

Users can cancel orders before they are confirmed by the restaurant. If the restaurant has already started preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for prepaid orders are generally processed within a few days.

Order Cancellation by Restaurant or Guthalee:

If the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances, Guthalee usually refunds the amount promptly. Users are notified of such cancellations via the app.

Refunds:

Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method (credit card, wallet, etc.). If payment was made through a third-party wallet (like Paytm or PhonePe), refunds are processed through the wallet.

Delivery Fee:

Delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a fault on Swiggy's end.
